Reach your full potential

Make a change toward a healthier life

I’m so glad you’re here.

I'm a firm believer in our ability to heal and thrive with the right tools and support. I offer guidance through life's challenges, whether navigating college life, launching a new career, or managing major transitions and daily stressors. I provide a warm, positive therapeutic experience while teaching empowering skills to enhance your control, balance, and success. My focus is on increasing awareness of emotions and behaviors, building coping skills to help stop overthinking, and boost self-esteem.

As a trauma-informed, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and experienced healthcare professional, I work with college students, young adults, and adults dealing with anxiety and depression, while also offering dedicated stress management support. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating critical milestones, including building meaningful relationships and dating connections. My practice provides a supportive space to help individuals and couples improve communication, set boundaries, and conquer everyday pressures.

I also work with medical professionals dealing with healthcare burnout. My background in the healthcare field uniquely aligns with the needs of professionals navigating systemic exhaustion and complex clinical environments. My specialized training includes Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma, and Neurodiversity-Affirming Support. I am eager to support you in achieving your goals.
